Sodexo Live! is looking for a great Human Resource Specialist, Airline Lounges, to work at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, GA. This position will work on site, and is paid hourly with an expected 40 hour work week. Position reports M-F with some flexibility available on the hours. The right person for this role will have an HR background and come from a high volume/large team support environment as this person will work for over 1000 Sodexo employees at the airport.
As a Human Resources Specialist/Badging, you will oversee the entire badging process for our airport portfolio, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local security regulations. You will support new hires, manage renewals, and handle offboarding processes, working closely with recruitment, unit managers, and frontline team members. Additionally, you will manage compliance related to badging and provide ongoing education and updates as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the badging process for all employees, ensuring alignment with airport security regulations.
- Support new hires through the badging process, including renewals and offboarding.
- Collaborate with recruitment, unit managers, and frontline team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with all badging regulations and update policies as necessary.
- Educate staff on badging procedures and any changes to regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local security regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
