Description and Requirements
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to support our local HR operations, Project Management Office-related activities, and Human Resource Partner-related matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Local HR Operations:
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR activities and ensure compliance with local HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Provide HR support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Support PMO-Related Matters:
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support HR-related aspects of projects.
- Assist in the implementation and management of project-related HR initiatives and processes.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and PMO teams.
- Support Local HRP (Human Resource Partner) Related Matters:
- Assist in the development and execution of HR planning and workforce management strategies.
- Support local HR planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with HRP teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
