Description and Requirements

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Specialist to support our local HR operations, Project Management Office-related activities, and Human Resource Partner-related matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes and supporting various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Local HR Operations:

    • Assist in managing day-to-day HR activities and ensure compliance with local HR policies and procedures.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
    • Provide HR support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  2. Support PMO-Related Matters:

    • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to support HR-related aspects of projects.
    • Assist in the implementation and management of project-related HR initiatives and processes.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR and PMO teams.
  3. Support Local HRP (Human Resource Partner) Related Matters:

    • Assist in the development and execution of HR planning and workforce management strategies.
    • Support local HR planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
    • Collaborate with HRP teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
