Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
This role mainly handles and supports HR related tasks and projects in Taipei site. The tasks and projects are listed below.
- Handles HR operational tasks.
- Supports HR projects, including but not limited to Fresh Graduate Induction Program, managerial programs, and other HR related programs.
- Supports ER cases.
- Analyzes people/organizational data and provide insights and suggestions.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Taiwan.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in analytics tool (e.g., PowerBI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team, with a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives.
- Proficient in English.
