Sodexo is seeking a General Manager to support our dining services at one of our new prestigious clients in the Madison, WI market. We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a operational-culinary-driven upscale dining experience. This is a hands-on, working managers role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail and/or restaurant upscale full service management experience preferred.

This role directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

  • are experts in compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
