Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 6 for William S. Hart Union High School District located in Santa Clarita, CA. Candidate must have a strong financial acumen and be an excellent oral and written communicator. Knowledge of USDA regulations is a plus. Candidate will act as a consultant to the chief business officer and superintendent and be able to provide expert advice professionally. Extensive experience managing and leading 85+ front line employees. Candidate must be able to analyze data, find trends, and offer solutions based on findings. Having strength in research and project management will be needed. Must be results driven and have strong proven leadership skills. In addition, the candidate must have an intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point. Per USDA regulations, this position requires a completed Bachelor's Degree.

The successful candidate will:
- provide consultative/project management services to the food and nutrition department;
- analyze data, find trends, and offer solutions based on findings;
- develop and execute strategy to accelerate business growth
- have a strong financial acumen and achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- have experience managing multiple locations;
- integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted adviser and member of the accounts leadership team;
- create an exceptional student experience through marketing, menu design, and food quality; and
- lead and motivate the team, inspiring strategic direction;
- ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
- sustain client satisfaction and retention; and
- create a positive working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree
