Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to support a corporate service client in Fairhaven, Irving, Tx! This high-end food program consists of Cafe, Catering and Pantry Services.

As the General Manager 3, you will report to the onsite Area General Manager and have oversight of the day-to-day food operation. In in this lead management role duties will include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the unit financials/budgets with the AGM
  • Marketing and innovation
  • Project Management
  • Driving revenue and growth
  • Developing and administering Food policies, programs and practices
  • Day to day client interaction
  • Leadership support for a team of 7 hourly employees

The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience in food management leadership, a strong financial acumen, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior management experience in corporate environment is a plus for the role.

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
