Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 (Food) for Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SE) located in Durant, OK.
This position oversees the food service at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. This includes resident dining for approximately 600 boarders, an Einstein Bros Bagels as well as catering and snack bar. You will be responsible for directing a staff of approximately 35 from recruitment, hiring, training, motivation and rewards. You will interact with the campus leadership to ensure student satisfaction as well as community involvement through catering and athletic events.

While not the main focus of this position, culinary knowledge along with the ability to stand-in when the chef is out is required.
Durant is a growing community conveniently located in Bryan County in southeastern Oklahoma, just 15 miles from scenic Lake Texoma, 80 miles north of Dallas, Texas, and 150 miles south of Oklahoma City. Southeastern Oklahoma State University is a part of the Oklahoma Regional University System and serves about 4000 students. Food operations include resident dining, catering, concessions and retail.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
The ideal GM candidate will possess the following:
- Currently in a leadership capacity with experience in large volume food operations.
- Culinary experience and/or a culinary degree helpful.
- Experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong financial background.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
