Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager to join our team at Boehringer Ingelheim in Saint. Joseph MO. The current food landscape consists of 3 corporate cafes that serve Breakfast and Lunch only, 4 Micro-Markets, and Catering Operations with a total MV of under 1 million. The General Manager will be the number 1 on site and responsible for the overall food operation. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through exceptional food and catering services, while achieving set budgeted targets. We seek a strong hospitality leader with a proven commitment to excellence in client and guest hospitality, teamwork, financial results, and collaboration to help us achieve our vision.

What You'll Do
- Oversight and continued innovation of the café, catering and food delivery
- Tracking and maintaining Sodexo systems, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Innovation of the retail offerings, marketing plans and catering sustainable practices
- Develop and maintain high level client and customer relationships

What You Bring
- Executive presence with the abilty to present data, KPI's and metrics to our C suite clients
- Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations; a solid leader who is perceptive and has attention to details that make a difference, quality and presentation of food
- Leading and developing our team members
- Have strong financial acumen, experience writing and managing budgets
- Be service focused- including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment
- Have Food and Beverage background
- Computer program knowledge, must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs
- Culinary knowledge preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
