Role Overview
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at Proctor & Gamble Tabler Station in Inwood West Virginia! The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfasts and Lunch and Catering Operations. The General Manager will be the number 1 on site and will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily food service/hospitality services.
Incentives
Predominately M-F 6am to 4pm schedule, with some evenings when needed.

- Responsible for overseeing the day to day operation
- Manage the budget/finances for the business
- Manage the client relationship
- Leading and developing a team of 1 salaried manager and 5 hourly employees
- Culinary experience preferred
- HR related duties

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
