Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services, General Manager 3 at ECU North, a 204-bed hospital in Roanoke Rapids, NC and part of the 9-hospital health system. A short distance from beautiful Lake Gaston on the border of Virginia, in northeastern NC this role supports this progressive organization by providing leadership for our Environmental team in the delivery of safe, sanitary and innovative services to our Patients, Customers and hospital Employees in a variety of settings. The General Manager will report to the Sodexo Environmental Services Client Executive for the ECU Health System. This position oversees a team of 35. The successful candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, excellent customer service skills along with strong floor care knowledge and computer skills desired.

- Will be responsible for driving client and patient experience scores
- Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- Works with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
- Effectively manages the Unit Operating System
- Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, excellent customer service skills along with strong floor care knowledge and computer skills desired.

Qualifications & Requirements
