The Good Eating Company are seeking dynamic individual for the role of Executive Chef to support our business in the Bay area of California. This is a hands-on Executive Chef leadership role.   • Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking
  • Have a strong knowledge of food and authentic cuisine to including Indian, Latino and Asian
  • Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
  • Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
  • Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
  • Play a key role and enthusiastically mentors' culinary personnel

The Good Eating Company was cooked up in London in 1999 around the kitchen table, over several bottles of Ribera del Duero. We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to onsite dining - at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were typically on offer. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food. Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
