Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager for UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. This is a 900+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health Care. This role will oversee day shift (6:00am start time) and will manage a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with direct supervision over a team in housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach, develop, and lead a group of highly-skilled employees.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
