Sodexo Healthcare is hiring an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital located in Saint Louis, MO. The EVS Manager will oversee a team of housekeepers on the day shift and report to the Operations Manager. St. Mary's is part of the SSM Health system, a multi-institutional not-for-profit health system serving the comprehensive health needs of communities across the Midwest. This is a 500+ bed, two-time winner of the Premier Award for Quality. Centrally located in metro St. Louis, they provide exceptional care to all our patients and are a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center. They specialize in high-risk pregnancy care and fetal surgery. Plus, our chest pain center, certified stroke center, and imaging and outpatient services ensure you're well taken care of in any situation.

What You'll Do
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
- lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce

What You Bring
- have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
- have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
- possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
- monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
- have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
- are results and safety driven
- are proficient with computers and other technology
