Sodexo Seniors is looking for an Environmental Services - Custodial Manager 2 for Wayne County Nursing Home located Lyons, New York. This EVS / Custodial Manager will oversee the cleanliness of the facility and support laundry, as well as other operational activities at this residential community. Will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of 20 hourly employees (floor techs and cleaners). Ability to work the following schedule preferred: Sunday - Thursday 8am-4:30 pm.

Are you the experienced Environmental Services/Housekeeping Manager we're seeking?
We are looking for a candidate who:
- has strong knowledge of floor care;
- has ability to develop and motivate a team of 20+ hourly employees to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
- schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties;
- have the ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion; and/or
- has experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- responsible for driving client and resident satisfaction scores;
- provides direct handling of incoming calls, follow up and other administrative duties / tasks as needed;
- supporting payroll and HR functions of reviewing hourly employees within Kronos, hiring, counseling, training; and/or
- supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
