Location: Indiana Convention Center
Our Concession Supervisor will ensure that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising concession staff while supporting the concession operations at all points of sale.

- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Concession Leads and will monitor concession staff as they provide a variety of pre-made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items
- Provide hands on supervision of assigned locations within the stadium levels, decks and concourses to observe service within assigned locations
- Ensure the highest levels of quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards are maintained
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Age 19+
- High school diploma or equivalent and experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
- Have the ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays

Other Requirements:
- Stand and exert mobility in tight spaces
- Bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- Walk approximately one-fourth (¼) of a mile multiple times a day
- Perform repetitive motions
- Operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels
- Push and pull equipment up to .4 miles
- Stand for prolonged periods
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, carrying approximately 20 feet
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and twist intermittently or continuously
- Grasp, push, pull objects, and reach and lift overhead
- Operate a desktop computer or register terminal
- Understand written information
- Other lifting or physical requirements as added from time to time, or as required to perform essential job functions.

Venue Information: The Indiana Convention Center is a major convention center located in Downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The original structure was completed in 1972 and has undergone five expansions. In total, there are 71 meeting rooms, 11 exhibit halls, and three multi-purpose ballrooms. Now one of the largest convention centers in America, the Indiana Convention Center is connected by skywalks to more hotel rooms than any other city in the nation. Also linked to the center is a four-story urban shopping mall, surrounded by more than 200 restaurants and clubs, well-known sports venues, and a 10-block state park that features top museums, green space and a convenient canal walk.
