Snowflake's Legal Operations team is looking for an experienced contract management operations professional to implement and maintain our complex process automation and CLM efforts. You will own the relationships with key departments including IT and Deal Operations. You will be building and implementing things daily. This is an in-person role that can be based in our Dublin (CA) or San Mateo (CA) locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the contract management operations and processes for Legal and serve as the primary Legal stakeholder for all cross-functional CLM efforts.
  • Be a prominent voice in CLM strategic planning, problem solving and change management.
  • Assist with preparing business use cases, project plans, solution options, process documentation and enablement for all contract management functions.
  • Build and maintain contract templates, playbook libraries, translations, Legal web pages and more.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating the goals and backlog of numerous teams across the enterprise.
  • Leverage usage data streams to help uncover and track KPIs that lead to better reporting and more informed decisions.
  • Work with your Legal Operations colleagues on other legal system projects as needed.
  • Help build awesome new tech for internal teams using Snowflake features.
  • Create and present focused content to leadership.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with implementing, maintaining and enhancing contract management operations daily, with a at least 3 years as primary stakeholder for modern CLM platforms and related tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with large IT teams, Sales, Deal Desk and Finance.
  • Service-oriented, with the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to pragmatically weigh the risks and benefits of complex situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; thousands will see your work product, so you are laser focused on missingspaces, inconsistent formatting and other things often overlooked.
  • Highly successful at organizing and prioritizing workloads to ensure alignment with priorities.
  • Experience with data science tools, SQL and Python a major plus.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A good sense of humor!

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $189,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.


The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
