Snowflake Inc. is looking for a Partner Marketing Intern based in our corporate headquarters in San Mateo, CA. As a Snowflake Intern, you will have the opportunity for a diverse experience on the Partner Marketing team to assist in activating the Snowflake partner ecosystem to scale marketing with and through partners across all stages of the marketing funnel.

This position requires close collaboration with Snowflake's marketing and alliance sales teams, as well as external partners, to plan and execute effectively.

You must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment and successfully collaborate with various individuals and teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn, explore, and contribute to the team.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • Hybrid-role: Mandatory full in-office days in office (will be San Mateo or Menlo Park depending on office move timeline). 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) without exception
  • Must be actively enrolled in a secondary or higher education program with a graduation date after the internship with Snowflake is completed
  • Must be full time (40 hours/week)
  • Must have completed one or more internships or have other prior work experience
  • Desired coursework: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on engaging with and activating partners (technology vendors/ISVs) through new campaigns and programs
  • Fresh perspective and "think big" approach to problem solving
  • Attention to detail, strong project management and time management skills
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Highly-motivated and committed to putting in the time and effort necessary to excel
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve success and deliver great work
  • Experience in Google Workspace (Gmail, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Sites), Canva, Salesforce, Tableau, and Seismic or equivalent tools

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN/GAIN:

  • How to work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, alliances, and sales to:
    • Build new partner marketing programs that support key Snowflake marketing priorities (AI messaging, core business growth, new product revenue)
    • Deliver partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for joint partner solutions
    • Activate partners with creative programs that extend Snowflake demand generation efforts
    • Drive consumption for joint partner solutions with bottom of funnel joint campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of operational processes within a marketing org
  • How to lead, contribute and be an integral part of cross-functional campaigns that span Snowflake teams and external vendors
  • Learn the different stages of marketing (awareness, consideration, decision) and how they influence the buyer journey
  • Learn how to engage with partners in a high-growth tech company
  • Understand the relationship between a software platform and its integration partners, and the impact that technology partners drive for software businesses

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
