The Global Workplace Services team is looking for a Regional Workplace Services Manager to join Snap! You will play a key leadership role in our Regional Operations team as we continue to grow. Working from our Singapore office, you’ll lead our Workplace Services team that supports our APAC locations. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT and other key business leaders to provide workplace services and programs that exemplify Snap’s values: Kind, Smart and Creative.

What you’ll do:
Ensure all sites within the prescribed portfolio are managed and maintained to a high standard and in compliance with local, global and regional policies and guidelines.
Partner with Workplace Services peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, expansions and other facilities projects, including furniture procurement, facility installs and move management.
Manage outsourced facility vendor partners to ensure workplace services and programs are consistently delivered at a high standard.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives across all lines of business with the Workplace Services organization.
Build department policies and procedures, complying with International Health and Safety Standards
Manages and assists with the development of annual operating and capital budgets, financial variance tracking, and operations expenses management
Works with various teams to develop creative solutions and programs to address ever-changing business, employee and customer needs.
Conducts regular, formal site condition inspections and works closely with responsible parties to ensure any deficiencies identified are resolved.
Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members, landlord or building management, vendors, contractors, and consultant
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of facilities management experience or in a related field

Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
