What You’ll Do:
Define and track key performance indicators for products
Design and implement dashboards and reporting that enables internal clients to access, explore and monitor their data.
Partner with cross-functional colleagues to identify and report on short-term and long-term performance.
Train and support colleagues in the use of self-service data exploration and visualization tools.
Analyze variability from trends; exploring data and communicating findings.
Perform ad hoc data investigations analysis as necessary.
Implement analytics tagging.
Identify any bugs in data collection or reporting, investigate root causes.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong data visualization skills
Proficiency programming in SQL
Experience working with traditional relational databases and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with data exploration /data visualization tools like Tableau, Chartio, etc.
Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS, ideally in an analytical field such economics, mathematics, or computer science
Graduating no earlier than December 2022
1 or more relevant internships
Work experience implementing and reporting on business key performance indicators
Previous internship experience using SQL is required
