We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join Team Snapchat at our new AR Studio in Paris. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and a key player in driving the ambition of the Studio forward. Working in partnership with some of the World’s best known institutions, creators, third sector organisations, artists and collaborators you will realise the full creative potential of Augmented Reality with activations that capture the imagination and media attention.
The Creative Strategy Lead will be a creative catalyst with the ability to inspire, think big, apply world leading levels of conceptual and executional craft while being adept at working cross-functionally, presenting to and managing senior stakeholders and exuding a kind, smart and creative approach to the day-to-day.
We are looking for someone who thrives when challenged, lives with a positive can-do attitude, has a thirst to learn and who believes we are just at the start of the Augmented Reality journey.
What You'll Do
Work in partnership with the cross-functional Studio team to create agenda setting Augmented Reality.
Develop ideas, strategies, initiatives, and associated presentation materials to realise Studio goals.
Discuss and provide feedback on design aspects of campaign creative from concept to execution.
Maintain an industry leading knowledge of Augmented Reality and associated creative techniques, tools and formats.
Work with the Partnership, Comms and Brand Strategy teams to develop Studio strategy and programming.
Lead strategic conversations with partners to uncover new creative opportunities.
Collaborate with the broader Creative Strategy team.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Proven track record of creating award winning digital creative, in particular in experience led formats such as AR
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to develop outstanding creative assets applied in digital and offline mediums
High levels of experience with Adobe Suite
Experience working in Google suite of products (Google slides, sheets, docs) and Keynote
Minimum Qualifications
High level creative qualification or relevant experience
10+ years of experience in creative department with award winning digital output
Ability to understand and speak French and English is required to perform the core job duties
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of mobile marketing and how to build strategies for social platforms
Exceptional creative marketing portfolio
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining strict attention to details
Familiarity with how Snap works
Have an in depth knowledge of the partner landscape
A self-starting attitude and a love for collaborating with others
