We're looking for a Compensation Partner to join the People Team! 

What you’ll do:

  • Help to design, implement, and maintain compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Partner with International HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Business leaders in crafting compensation packages that are internally equitable and externally competitive

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Snap’s compensation philosophy and ensure ongoing market competitiveness

  • Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs

  • Deliver compelling and relevant training and communications materials which educate and inform employees on total rewards 

  • Assist with the development of compensation policies for international locations

  • Manipulate and analyze data to distill insights and convey findings

  • Participate in a variety of compensation surveys

  • Manage pay equity reporting for multiple geographical locations and business units

  • Continually evaluate compensation programs to ensure they are legally compliant by country, competitive, aligned with the overall compensation philosophy, and driving the appropriate business results 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of EMEA and APAC policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation

  • Ability to balance strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks

  • Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Experience working in human resources, compensation, legal, finance, or another related field

  • Advanced-level experience with Google Sheets and Excel 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Workday experience
