We’re looking for an Associate Compensation Partner to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
Help to design, implement, and maintain compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs
Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Business leaders in crafting compensation packages that are internally equitable and externally competitive
Partner with M&A strategy team to conduct talent assessments and conduct compensation reviews for incoming team members; manage pre-integration and post-integration activities; assist with the development of compensation policies and communication strategy for M&A team members
Contribute to the ongoing development of Snap’s compensation philosophy and ensure ongoing market competitiveness
Deliver compelling and relevant training and communications materials which educate and inform employees on total rewards
Manipulate and analyze data to distill insights and convey findings
Participate in a variety of compensation surveys
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to balance strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ Experience working in human resources, compensation, legal, finance, or another related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced-level experience with Google Sheets and Excel (i.e., Modeling, validation, visualization, etc.)
Workday experience
Prior Experience with M&A integration
