We’re looking for an AR Lens Program Manager to join Team Snap. As a member of the Creative Strategy team, you will lead our 3rd-party sponsored AR ecosystem, ensuring a streamlined workflow and high-quality output in support of the global Advertising Solutions organization. This role will initially report into the Senior AR Partner Program Manager. Working from our London or Paris offices, you’ll collaborate with 3rd party partners internationally  to develop a successful ongoing program that will accelerate Snap’s sponsored Lens output in support of the company’s amplified revenue goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow and engage the international AR Sponsored Partner ecosystem according to EMEA  production needs

  • Act as a liaison between Snap’s Creative Strategy Team, Snap’s internal Lens Developers, and third-party sponsored AR producers to onboard and manage these external partners.

  • Define clear processes to ensure high-quality and efficient AR execution.

  • Negotiate long-term partnership agreements, maintain Legal compliance and manage external production budgets. 

  • Work as part of the production team and help oversee 3rd-party produced sponsored AR products.

  • Maintain close relationships with selected partners to ensure ongoing AR education, communication and engagement

  • Contribute to scaling partner operations for Snap through innovation, efficiency and communication while optimising the operational workflow by identifying new opportunities.

  • Participate in scaling the AR Partner program 

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience of Digital project management

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal 

  • Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Demonstrate a track record of strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills in third-party management and a proactive, structured approach to creative problem-solving

  • Experience preferably in a creative agency, platform, or marketing agency 

  • Familiarity with Augmented Reality

  • Experience working with technical teams and in a cross-functional role 

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities 

  • Candidates should possess strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal 

  •  Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and markets

  • Good command of English to interact with internal and external stakeholders
