What you'll be doing:

  • Programmatically coordinate all planning aspects and drive the execution of partner programs from onboarding through delivery, ensuring alignment with both NVIDIA and partner strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with external partner team members and internal teams, including Strategic Alliance Managers, Developer Relations, Omniverse Architects, Product, Engineering, Marketing, PMO and Legal to ensure successful execution of partnership programs.
  • As a core "Team of 4" member and liaison between NVIDIA teams and Omniverse partners, ensure clear communication of program requirements, status updates and changes.
  • Contribute to Omniverse Ecosystem strategic planning and prioritization efforts in collaboration with Strategic Partner Managers and key stakeholders to achieve Omniverse Ecosystem objectives.
  • Provide operational support to the Omniverse Strategic Alliances team through the use and development of tools, templates, and SOPs that improve effective program execution.
  • Consistently assess program progress and lessons learned to improve practices and align with strategic goals.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience leading software solutions-focused programs with technology partners across multiple vertical industries with a solid track record of successful delivery.
  • A focus on the partner experience and achieving measurable results, with a strategic approach that values responsibility, timeliness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in establishing relationships of outstanding trust and confidence.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and address partner needs with empathy and diplomacy.
  • Emphasize the importance of encouraging a culture of feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with developer partners to define, complete, and deliver complex enterprise programs that address challenging issues.
  • Proven experience successfully leading multiple enterprise software programs and globally distributed teams.
  • Expertise in developing and optimizing program execution frameworks and standard methodologies while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
  • Prior experience working with industrial ISVs.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
