We are looking for an Account Executive to join Snap Inc. Working from our Singapore office, you'll build and manage partnerships with Performance marketing clients and agencies to help them expand their digital presences on Snap.

What you'll do:
Represent Snap’s advertising solutions in the Japan market, while working with Account Executives of other markets in the APAC team
Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities from the Japan market, especially in Direct Response marketing for clients’ Export business
Define and drive the overall Japan business strategies and priorities, create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements
Articulate and update clients on Snapchat products and developments
Be responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices
Own reporting and stakeholder management for market vertical/market needs
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
Extensive knowledge of the Japan market, in particular the Apps, Entertainment, E-commerce verticals
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives
Ability to win the support of key stakeholders
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
A team player with a strong growth mindset
Minimum qualifications:
Japanese & English fluency is required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, platform/media sales, measurement, and/or online advertising experience
Preferred qualifications:
Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers from Performance Marketing clients in the Japan market
Extensive knowledge of performance marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications
