As the 3DIC Flow ProductManager Product Manager, you will be responsible for the helping to implementproduct strategies, including assembling product roadmaps and documentingdevelopment priorities. As a member of the Product Management team, you willwork closely with customers, key industry and academia technologists, MarketDevelopment, R&D, and key Siemens DISW technologists to implement programsto maximize business in this product line. You will need to be able toalign product line strategies into programs, initiatives, and tactics. Experience in understanding, documenting and prioritizing customer requirementsinto business, product and engineering plans is a plus.

A successful candidatemust have a strong desire and enthusiasm for working with customers, accountteams, internal groups and other industry experts to maximize our business inthe semiconductor and systems market segments. You will need toeffectively communicate with multiple levels of organizations, from engineersto managers when gathering requirements and promoting our solutions tocustomers. Driving collaboration is a must along with the ability toindirectly influence others within marketing, engineering and sales, acrossdivisions and with 3rd party partners.

An optimal candidatemust have practical exposure IC Packaging and associated manufacturingtechnologies, with a focus on understanding how design tools and methodologieshave a real impact on the manufacturability in the packaging world. Anunderstanding of chiplet technologies, substrate materials and optimization formanufacturing is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationshipswith appropriate early adopter customers/partners based on businessalignment. Implement partnerships to support the business objectives:
  • Define flow solutionsacross multiple product groups to enable a world class 3DIC packaging flow
  • Collect, update, andmaintain competitive information.
  • Support collaborationwith other complementary product groups.
  • Develop businessrelationships with strategic customers and account teams. Implement plansto ensure sales engagement and business success.
  • Assemble 1-3 yearroadmaps. Support collateral priorities including new productintroduction and business introduction presentations.
  • Support messaging,positioning, and communicating to the industry for awareness and to the fieldfor sales effectiveness. Represent Siemens in relevant consortia and industrystandards meetings.

Requirements

A candidate must bringthe following requirements

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • A mixture of business, marketing, and technical skills
  • Demonstrated domain experience in IC Packaging from design to manufacturing
  • Understanding of relevant interconnect technologies

The salary range forthis position is $145,700 to $262,300 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
