• Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality ofthe released product on all required platforms and mechanism.

• Ability to understand sophisticated products, solutions,and problems.

• Creates, documents, and implements software designs whichmay involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas.

• Works with general supervision on complex projects withlatitude for independent judgment. Moderate skills with high level ofproficiency and technical expertise.

• Collaborate regularly with other test engineers within theR&D Unit to set and drive the overall development strategy

• Provide guidance, coaching and apply innovative approachesto improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of product.

• Set the strategy and approach of non-functionalrequirements like performance and scalability

• Drive automation wherever possible

Technical Requirements:

• Severalyears (5+ preferred) of programming experience developing commercial software products using TypeScript, C Sharp, C, C++, Java, proficiency in c#, typescript is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving
• Experience in SDKs, Distributed systems, Client-Server Architecture
• Experience in RESTful API's
• Experience with working on Gitlab
• Good understanding in SQL and/or NoSQL Database concepts. (experience and through understanding if being hired for a database service)
• Experience in system-design and API designs
• Cloud solutions (Preferred AWS)

• Ability to collaborate optimally across disciplines,roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries

• Experience with Agile development, CICD, and Test-DrivenDevelopment (TDD)

• Proficiency in cross-location communication and theEnglish language

• Flexibility to adapt to different stakeholders andenvironments

• Willingness to work in an open-feedback environment thatwants to continue towards improvement.

• Experience with mentoring and/or guiding subject matter tocolleagues

• Experience with challenging business partners to uncoverthe right requirements and clearly scope requests or ideas

• Experience with quickly learning about and familiarizingyourself with different business domains

• Experience with collaborator management between differentbusiness units and management levels

The salary range for this position is $101,200 to $182,200and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
