We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Account Orchestrator to sell our solutions in North and Central Vietnam. This role is part of our SEA sales team and is based in Hanoi.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of channel sales within the software industry, particularly for customers in the Electronics and Machinery sectors. Success in this role requires a strong emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with our partners and key customers. The candidate will represent Siemens Digital Industries Software at senior levels within customers' organizations, selectively advancing opportunities to ensure timely and successful deal closures.

Responsibilities:
• Develop account plans, go-to-market strategies, and marketing tactics to achieve account goals.
• Lead the discussion with customers and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.
• Understand market challenges, map key decision makers, and tailor value positioning.
• Oversee and forecast sales for both direct sales and channel sales.
• Drive key strategic sales opportunities with presales and/or channel partners.
• Drive channel sales performance through channel partners.
• Recruit new channel partners, collaborate with business operation team and technical team to onboard new channel partners.
• Achieve new sales objectives, including quotas and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with channel partners to resolve any conflicts and assist channel partners in closing business deals.
• Engage with customer success managers, channel partners and end customers to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize revenue within business policies.
• Ensure compliance with policies among partners and customers.
• Effectively coordinate multi-disciplined, matrix teams to execute plans within each account and prospect, involving internal DI & DISW resources and partners.
• Actively participate in sharing knowledge around customers, solutions, and industry internally within Country or Vertical Sales organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience as Enterprise Software Sales, mainly in Manufacturing or Engineering industries, with a demonstrated track record of successful sales.
• Proven C-suite experience with excellent industrial connections and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated strong relationships with Vietnam based customers in the Electronics and Machinery industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex software sales and achieving targets through a channel partner model.
• Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, conflict management, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving skills, strong business and commercial acumen.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage forecasts and targets effectively.
• Ability to handle channel partner and customer demands efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for resolving conflicts.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Technologically adept, with strong multitasking abilities.
