Senior Accountant Treasury Integration

This position is part of the Accounting Integration team and reports to the Director Accounting Integration. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

What role will you play?

• Our business is continually growing and evolving through Mergers & Acquisitions. You will use your treasury and accounting expertise to support the global integration of newly acquired businesses into our process and system landscape.

• We are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for all cash & banking topics in the integration project who will work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team including finance, accounting, tax, legal, and many more.

• You will understand the banking and treasury processes of a newly acquired business, including payment structures, types and frequencies, and drive the transition to our processes & systems thereby ensuring compliance with our global treasury guidelines.

• As part of your daily responsibilities, you will ensure the funding requirements of acquired entities are met and foreign exchange risks are monitored & managed in accordance with our guidelines.

• You will also learn more about other areas of the finance and accounting integration process and support our teams in these domains.

• We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, who can support with the deployment of our Treasury and ERP systems as well as other finance & reporting tools.

• Have a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role.

• Display solid treasury, especially cash management knowledge, analytical skills and good attention to detail.

• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• Have experience with Treasury and ERP systems, preferably SAP.

The salary range for this position is $82,100.00 to $147,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
