Main Job
- Establish a deep understanding of the account develop and maintain executive relationships.
- Establish a vision for the team with measurable goals and objectives.
- Regularly review team results to hold team accountable and recognize significant contributions
- Manage the development and excursion of account plans, sales strategies, and opportunity plans. Identify specific opportunities with tactics and owners for all customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal team and partners to manage a large area efficiently.

Qualification
- Sales experience in Public and government industry
- A person who understands CAD/PLM/CAE tools and can communicate their purpose
- Proficiency in SFDC, advanced Excel
- Understand the government agency purchasing and bidding process
- No reason to disqualify you from traveling abroad and be able to speak English at a business level.
- A person who is comfortable traveling to other regions to handle public/government affairs nationwide
- More than 10 years of experience in the sales depart(especially S/W related)
