Position Overview
Exciting opportunity for a successful salesperson to be introduced to and progress into a new role as a Named Accounts Sales Executive. This direct sales role will be based in Sweden, working with around 4 customers in AEC including Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries. Although you will work with different companies the Software you will sell is the same for each company focusing on our state-of-the-art Software Solutions. You will report to the Named Accounts Sales Director in the Nordics. We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported.

Responsibilities
- You will develop, long-term and influential business relationships within assigned customers, communicating at all levels (internally and externally) including C-level
- You will achieve revenue and consumption growth-targets
- You will collaborate with customers and partners
- You will combine a role where you will explore new business opportunities with current customers in addition to building on and expanding established relationships
- You will be a trusted advisor, identifying and communicating business values that link our solutions to your customers business needs
- You will negotiate customer agreements
- You will develop and implement account plans and sales strategies
- You will forecast revenue and build expansion pipelines within the assigned accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- You have several years enterprise software sales track record, carrying a quota and managing multiple accounts
- You have strong sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value Based Selling etc.)
- You have experience of working with key accounts
- You are comfortable handling complex deal negotiation such as (Enterprise Business Agreements)
- You have written and verbal fluency in English
- You are willing and able to travel internationally and domestically
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS / cloud sales experience would be much appreciated.
- Fluency in either Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian would be beneficial but is not important to the role
