About the role
We are currently seeking a Partner Sales Representative to join our team in Poland to drive business development for the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.
In this role, you will support our Partner network throughout the sales cycle, ensuring appropriate resources are provided to increase software sales. You will work with the partners to help develop business within the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME's), with a focus on developing a value proposition, to help onboard new customers and drive revenue growth.
This role can be based anywhere within Poland, but you must be willing to travel to our office in Warsaw and to our Partners and customers across Poland, up to 50%
Area of responsibility
- Build relationships with our Partner network. Provide them with mentorship and guidance on good practices for territory planning, effective development of account plans and maintenance of the sales pipeline, enable them to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.
- Support Partners in developing skills so that they can identify the most appropriate software solutions for potential customers.
- Provide mentorship through the sales process, including effective meeting planning and opportunity tracking to achievement of revenue targets within the territory.
- Help Partners to resolve contract issues prior to contract negotiations and set priorities on critical issues.
- Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
- Provide guidance on the development and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Participate on development of sales plans and strategies, developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience in selling complex technical software solutions, with experience in selling one or more of the following software areas: PLM, ALM, CAx (Design or Simulation), BI, Cloud or MOM.
- Strong track record generating new business / new logo's to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience of either leading a partner network to achieve revenue goals or experience gained from working within a partner.
- Wide knowledge about Industrial Machinery industry in Poland
- Able to manage complex selling, to lead cross functional teams and to achieve targets;
- Strategic thinker, influencing and communicating at all levels;
- Fluent in Polish and business level English.
- Engineering master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
