Job Overview
The Regional Compliance Manager will play a critical role in generating compliance revenue by helping customers regularize unauthorized software usage. Reporting directly to the Country LC Manager, this role involves accurate forecasting, database management, and developing strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and channel partners. Extensive travel within the region is required to meet customers and address compliance issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve compliance revenue targets by effectively managing and resolving assigned compliance cases while working closely with customers to regularize software usage.
Customer Engagement and Travel:
- Conduct regular customer visits to discuss compliance gaps, propose solutions, and foster trust.
- Be prepared for extensive travel within the assigned region to meet job requirements.
Case Identification:
- Identify companies violating our copyrights through the online company portal and thorough market research.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of revenue and case progress to the Country LC Manager.
- Ensure all reports and forecasts are aligned with compliance targets and business goals.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth compliance resolutions.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams and channel partners to align compliance efforts with broader business objectives.
Database and Case Management:
- Maintain a well-organized database of compliance cases, ensuring all case details are updated and accurate.
- Monitor the progress of cases to ensure timely closure and identify any roadblocks.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of compliance revenue targets.
- Strength and effectiveness of relationships with customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
- Timely resolution of compliance cases through proactive engagement.
- Effective and organized database management for assigned cases.
Skills and Competencies
- Revenue-Focused: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a compliance or customer-facing sales role.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Relationship-Building: Ability to establish and maintain trust with customers, sales teams, and channel partners.
- Analytical Skills: Competence in managing case data and providing accurate forecasts.
- Self-Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in License Compliance, Direct Sales / customer facing.
- Experience in revenue generation and working closely with sales and channel partners is preferred.
