About the Role
As an Inside Sales Executive , you will expand the product ranges of existing customers and develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions. While working on developing and positioning solutions, you will collaborate with other Siemens teams (Account Orchestrators, Pre-Sales, Product, PFD, or Lead Development) to accurately address incoming inquiries or develop new opportunities. This is a sales position that supports the direct sales team for the Belgium and Luxembourg territories. The role will be essential to supporting and driving the success of the company's Cloud and SaaS offerings.
Area of Responsibility
- Selling the company's products and/or services via phone and electronic communication to customers and prospects.
- Develop and grow activities across a large number of accounts simultaneously.
- Identify requirements, projects, competitive details, and challenges to determine whether Siemens has applicable solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Orchestrators, PFD, pre-sales, customer success managers, and other teams as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales activities and key performance indicators during regular sales meetings.
- Manage, monitor, and track opportunities while documenting and researching customer information using Salesforce CRM and other systems in a timely manner
- Work on simple-scope projects/assignments.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to generate leads through follow-up on sales inquiries and cold calls as needed.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements for specific solutions.
- Experience in inside sales with small, medium, and large enterprise clients.
- Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in software.
- Strong focus on follow-ups with decision-makers and ensuring the sales process progresses throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales training, including negotiation, upselling, and objection handling.
- Training and/or experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Adherence to all relevant laws and company policies impacting both business operations and management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
