TheFinance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship gives you theopportunity to learn what it takes to analyze and manage the financialfunctions of a company ranked among the top 50 in sales in the world. You willreceive mentoring from Siemens' team of business leaders and gain access to andnetwork with Siemens' senior decision-makers.

Uponcompletion of the internship program, high-performing interns who are seniorswill have the opportunity to interview for a fulltime position in the FLDProtational program where you will have the opportunity to pursue a career pathas a Financial Analyst, Accountant, Business Process Specialist/Auditor,Business or Plant Controller or Data Analyst for Siemens.

Whatis the FLDP Internship:

TheFinance Internship is a 12-week summer internship program that allows theopportunity to experience the day-to-day functions of a wide range ofbusinesses as you learn how to analyze and support the financial aspects of amulti-billion-dollar company. The program starts in May and ends inAugust. Individual assignments will take place at one of our nationwideoffices.

Inthis program, participants observe and learn from Siemens' team of innovatorsas they hone their skills in business planning, financial analysis, costanalysis, corporate accounting, planning and forecasting, commercial projectmanagement, risk assessment, credit analysis, strategy, operationalreview/internal audit, and other corporate finance-based roles.

Applythe knowledge you gained in the classroom to help solve problems whileacquiring hands-on experience in a real-world working environment!

Theinternship program is designed to identify top candidates for the full-timerotational Finance Leadership Development Program upon graduation.

Toapply for the FLDP Internship program, candidates must meet the followingrequirements:

  • This position may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption
  • Majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or Management with a Finance/Accounting focus
  • Minors: Data Science or Management Information Systems preferred
  • Education: Current sophomore or junior undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited technical school, college, or university (you must be a registered student at the time of the internship)
  • Availability: Ability to work 20 hours per week
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program (housing stipend and mileage reimbursement for relocation will be provided)
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Benefits:

Thehourly pay range for this position is $22 - $23.50 per hour. The actualwage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidateexperience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographiclocation. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contributeinto our 401K program.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The hourly range for this position is $16.53 to $29.75 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
