About the Role

As a EMEA Portfolio Development Executive you will dynamic and results-driven business development executive, focusing on our Capital portfolio of electrical harness design software across the EMEA region. In this role, you will identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities to drive ARR growth of the Capital portfolio within the existing Siemens customer base and outside, into companies with no existing relationship with Siemens across the EMEA zone. You will build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Area of Responsibility.

  • Grow the portfolio through the identification and engagement of potential new customers,
  • Lead the expansion of your portfolio within existing Siemens DISW customers
  • Build EMEA-wide portfolio business plans
  • Act as the focal point of your portfolio through product presentations & subject expertise
  • Contributing towards contract negotiations related to the adoption, expansion and renewals.
  • Conduct Market analysis related to your portfolio to guide development and provide feedback
  • Collaborate and contribute towards multi-portfolio programmes of work

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in software sales/ business development
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market
  • Able to operate in a Matrix Organisation and as a part of multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent communication, diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • Background in electrical engineering or related fields
  • Able to work with small businesses and multi-national enterprises
  • Ability to travel as needed
