The role
We are looking for highly motivated and driven Sales Account Managers to join our growing team, working on the Onshift side of Shiftkey. OnShift is a SaaS organization within the healthcare industry, specifically, post-acute and long-term care. We have a suite of products that we sell to our customers and take an a la carte approach. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible hunting/mining new clients and accounts as well as cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory. You must have excellent communication along with negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Where you'll work
This is a 100% onsite role at our office in Irving, TX.
What you'll be doing
- Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends
- Work with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Partner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional services
- Grow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling, following up on leads, and generating referrals
- Identify prospective clients' needs for workforce management software
- Successfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered
What you'll need
- 2+ Years of experience in B2B Sales or other client-facing roles, demonstrating a focus on building relationships and solving problems.
- Proficient understanding and practical knowledge of CRM software with one year of hands-on experience (Salesforce a plus)
- You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- You are data driven (excel, reports, etc.)
- You have proven work experience in a team environment
- You deliver client-focused solutions
- You are self-motivated and thrive in a results-driven environment
- You are a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- You have a passion for sales with a hustle mentality
