Position: Awareness Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000
About the Role
As the Awareness Program Manager on our client's Global Security & Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in engaging and educating employees on security awareness initiatives. You will lead the global Awareness Team, design compelling safety campaigns, and foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support the team's mission of ensuring a safe and secure work environment while upholding company values.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in leadership, project management, and communication, with an emphasis on content creation, training development, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Manage the Awareness program and initiatives to align with engagement needs and program objectives.
- Oversee and guide the global Awareness Team to execute impactful security campaigns.
- Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and automation strategies to improve program efficiency.
Communication & Engagement
- Create compelling content for various internal communication channels (emails, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, etc.).
- Develop and execute communication plans for live and virtual activations.
- Maintain activation calendars and track engagement metrics through dashboards and reports.
- Ensure brand consistency in all awareness materials and campaigns.
Training & Development
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging training videos and materials.
- Support and facilitate training sessions across different teams and business units.
- Act as a key point of contact for all inquiries related to the Awareness program.
Project & Budget Management
- Lead project planning from inception to completion.
- Maintain team swag inventory and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Additional Requirements
\uDCDC Certifications:
- California Security Guard license (required)
- Training Certification and CPR/AED/First Aid Training Certification (preferred)
✈ Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% international and domestic travel with occasional short-notice trips
