Where is the Position?

Join us in beautiful Ringsted, Denmark, where you'll be part of a diverse and dynamic procurement team working closely with production and R&D.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the Procurement and Material Productivity Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders across departments. Your role will be pivotal in driving projects related to material productivity, in-sourcing, and out-sourcing, all while fostering cooperation and flexibility within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing data and preparing presentations for new and ongoing projects.
  • Defining future projects and actively participating in their implementation to align with the plant strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and the procurement organization.
  • Managing and updating master data within our SAP system.
  • Coordinating with production teams for test orders.
  • Contributing to projects focused on implementing sustainable raw materials in production.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement

Work experience: internship or apprenticeship the field of Supply chain management or Procurement

Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Structured and service-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Requested languages : Fluent English

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks with support from the Procurement Manager.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various organizational levels and cultures.
  • Eager to learn and develop new competencies.
