Where is the Position?
This position is based in Pisek in Czech Republic, in the Eastern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Facility Engineer, you will help to provide Facility Management expertise to optimize building cost & service level to the users. Your main missions will be:
- Supervise and/or coordinate the complete scope of the Facilities sb-functions (car service, catering, security, energy management...).
- Organize/ manage the facility function within a giver entity.

- Make survey of the regulation evolution, evaluate the compliance of the site and propose related action plans.
- Analyze and optimize Facility management cost and proposes target and action plans.
- Advise management regarding Facility matters & Alert and support in case of emergency (breakdown..)
- Manage real estate portfolio and its associated projects.
- Ensure technical specification are appropriate to the usage, audit Facility Management process.
- Do the Energy review & Apply energy performance and decarbonization program according to SERE manager guidelines.
- Propose quarterly forecast review for FM cot& 5 years capex related to Facility Management.
- Follow up and support regulatory audit linked to Facility Management (fire prevention, lift...).
- Pilot some action plan to improve Facility Management operation (maintenance, energy efficiency, EEM, HVAC parameter...).
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health and safety or in a manufacturing environment (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety.
Requested languages : Fluent English

- Willingness to continuously educate oneself and develop skills in the field of occupational health and safety.
- Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
- Quick adaptability to new environments.
