Where is the Position?

The position is located in Barcelona in Spain in Southern Europe, in team which is a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will have two main responsibilities:

  1. You will work with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Regional Leaders, Global Accounts Manager, Growth Initiative Leaders to coordinate the tasks associated with developing business with Global Strategic OEM Accounts, Regional Strategic Accounts and Country Targeted OEM accounts in addition to that for the other.
  2. You will work with OEM GoToMarket Application Marketing Leaders to support on specialized value proposition creation and maintenance.

Your mais missions will be :
  • Collect & organize inputs / recommendations from Businesses and Corporate (Pricing/ Global Supply Chain / Quality / Legal department/...) to support Global / Regional / Local Account Managers to create win/win global contracts.
  • Organize regular business reviews with Account Manager and countries to ensure the agreed performance and updating of global contracts
  • Organize regular webinars and Viva Engage posts with the community of Global, Regional and Local Account Managers to update them on new services, processes, tools, assets for Global Strategic OEMs, Regional Strategic OEMs and Country Targeted OEMs.
  • Coordinate and organize Regional Meetings with OEM Regional Leaders
  • Lead the follow up of agreed growth initiatives with Initiative Leaders and other stakeholders
  • Support the Team of Global Application leaders to update and develop marketing assets around strategic machinery application (Packaging, Conveying, Battery, HVAC,..) including the organization of regular Community events and OEM Campus administrator ownership

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Business or Engineering degree with Business specialization

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, purchasing, business development or related field (apprendiceship/internship included)

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Excel, Powerpoint) and social medias
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Requested languages : Fluent English, Spanish is a plus

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Good at problem solving and autonomous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and structured mindset
