US Marketing Director, Healthcare

The US Marketing Director, Healthcare is responsible for defining Healthcare marketing and communications strategy for a measurable increase in contribution to revenue. This will be achieved by creation of a marketing and communications plan in alignment with business and commercial organization.

This strategic plan will drive dominant awareness and preference for Enterprise Healthcare customers among key market segment decision makers, partners, and influencers, leveraging marketing campaigns, go-to-market playbooks, communications strategies and joint sales and marketing commercial strategic plans.

This individual will have mastered translating customer insights and competitive feedback into action, designed and managed demand generation campaigns and understands deeply the needs to translate into meaningful engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic customer marketing, retention, and influence programs to drive adoption, loyalty, advocacy, and growth.

What do you get to do in this position?
  • Creates a segment marketing strategy to support the strategic annual growth plan and update quarterly to enable market saturation, customer experiences, marcom investments, reflect customer evolving needs.
  • Develops Unique Value Proposition and positioning in prioritized end-markets to grow and maintain Enterprise Healthcare customer relationships, promote brand awareness, and increase a revenue
  • Partners with Channel, Segment teams and local market intelligence to define marketing programs that drive expansion, loyalty, and new acquisition with Public Sector customers.
  • Develops public affairs communications strategies, including external and internal, to drive engagement and preference for Schneider Electric
  • Manage Voice of Customer programs that define buying behaviors, market trends, customer pain points, gaps etc.)
  • Owns and manages the marketing promotional budget
  • Ensures optimized integrated marketing mix to align with commercial market segments
  • Defines, monitors, and manages key performance indicators and dashboards.


Marketing Scope
  • (Brand Management) Oversees the Schneider brand positioning, messaging, and identity to Healthcare target audiences. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
  • (Lead Generation) Develops and execute lead generation initiatives, including but not limited to content marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships. Drive the creation of high-quality content tailored to the healthcare audience.
  • (Digital Marketing) Manages digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • (Communications) Develops PR, AR, Influencer, Executive and internal communications plans in collaboration with the Brand & Communications team.
  • (Sales Enablement) Works in partnership with the sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and resources to effectively communicate value proposition to customers
  • (Stakeholder Engagement) Collaborates with key internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • (Management) Collaborates and influences several marketing teams and drive investments to achieve a high performance and high engagement culture

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in business, marketing or communications
  • Minimum 10 years B2B product vertical marketing, sales, and/or strategy experience
  • Strong knowledge of current market trends in Healthcare markets
  • Proven track record of developing innovative and disruptive programs
  • High degree of initiative and pro-active management
  • Experience leading through influence a high performance marketing team
  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Ability to travel domestically 25%
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
