As a Test Manager , you will work in our R&D center in Kolding, Denmark and play a crucial role in paving our way forward and managing our talented team of firmware test and firmware simulator experts.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the team of firmware test engineers including firmware simulator team
- Being part of the R&D organization and R&D Management team for the world class 3-phase UPS development
- Develop the team, foster and grow your talented team members
- Develop the processes around streamlined End-to-End firmware testing, including test automation.
- Ensure effective resource allocation to squads according to targets
- Own the test strategy and implementation
- Own the hiring process and resource plan

What will help you succeed:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a relevant field
- Previous experience on leading the team as supervisor, team leader, project management or similar positions is an advantage
- Strong expertise from the domain of emdedded software (firmware) is preferable
- Understanding of embedded software development process
- Global mindset with effective collaboration with stakeholders from both technical and offer management teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile development and processes
