We are looking for experienced software professionals for the role of Test Manager.

We are looking for an excellent coordinator who is adept at perceiving the overall picture, prioritizing tasks, and managing various quality assurance methods as part of their daily routine. We expect you to have substantial experience in developing information systems and navigating the different stages of the testing process. You are a fluent and clear communicator, and interaction comes naturally to you both within the team and with customers. You have several years of experience as a Test Manager, preferably in the banking payments area. Proficiency in English is essential for daily communication, and you must also be proficient in Finnish due to customer communication requirements.

Our operations are based on agile methodologies, and we use Version One and Jira as our testing management tools. Experience with banking systems and products such as cards, loans, payments, and international payments is advantageous. When making decisions, we value expertise and skills in the Quality Assurance area, with specific knowledge of banking applications and business being a plus.

Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required skills and expertise

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Test Manager -role
  • Experience in IT testing projects orchestrating the Quality Assurance area (responsibilities: test planning, stakeholder coordination and overall reporting during the different stages of the software development pipeline)
  • ISTQB certification (foundation)
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English language.

Preferred skills and expertise

  • Experience with overall banking applications and services
  • Specific experience in the payments area
