Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all tendering activities to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
  • Maximise pricing and profitability.
  • Develop performance indicators to measure tendering success.
  • Ensure seamless communication with project managers for successful handovers.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive overall success.
  • Adhere to company policies and processes, ensuring risk coverage and mitigation.
  • Enhance customer offers with service attachments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our tendering process and governance.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in engineering or business is desirable.
  • Experience: Proven background in a technical and commercial role, preferably with electrical engineering experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong commercial acumen and a business development mindset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with product construction, features, and relevant international standards.
    • Knowledge of medium and low voltage distribution applications.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
    • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse teams.
