Your mission will be to ensure timely and professional submissions that maximise our chances to win business while enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting growth in our intake margins.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all tendering activities to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
- Maximise pricing and profitability.
- Develop performance indicators to measure tendering success.
- Ensure seamless communication with project managers for successful handovers.
- Collaborate across departments to drive overall success.
- Adhere to company policies and processes, ensuring risk coverage and mitigation.
- Enhance customer offers with service attachments.
- Drive continuous improvement in our tendering process and governance.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education: Tertiary qualification in engineering or business is desirable.
- Experience: Proven background in a technical and commercial role, preferably with electrical engineering experience.
- Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen and a business development mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with product construction, features, and relevant international standards.
- Knowledge of medium and low voltage distribution applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office, especially Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse teams.
