Schneider Electric is seeking innovative and highly-skilled, personable professionals. They possess strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate and convey difficult concepts to groups with varied skill sets.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzes reasonably complex RFQs (Request For Quotation) within core business and with few unreleased contents,
- Prepares optimal technical solution,
- Prepares costing as per processes and tools,
- Prepares offer documentation,
- Performs advanced risk analysis,
- Supports the Opportunity Leader during customer negotiations and closing of the deal,
- Lead complex type of tenders and propose best Tendering Setup with the Opp Leader to win the project,
- Lead project team in tender preparation (Technical, Contract, Purchasing, Finance, HSE, Quality, Logistiscs, Workshop & Site Works, etc),
- Manage tender risk analysis with SRM department,
- Actively facing customer, in solution preparation, negotiations and closing of the deal,
Qualifications that would make you successful on the role:
- Technical background, VI or VII level degree in electrical engineering
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Expertise of MV and understanding of LV Electrical distribution systems
- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
- Familiar with the local market and customers
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Commercial judgement - ability to estimate the potential value of an enquiry/tender, and the chance of success
- Goal and target oriented
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement
- Intercultural competence
- Digital skills (full computer literacy, skills in Windows Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
