As a Tendering Expert , you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for power system projects, utilizing your expertise in power system design, analysis, and customer requirements.

- Analyzing project requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives
- Research the optimal and most competitive technical-commercial solution to meet customer needs.
- Understanding of bid execution strategy in line with Opportunity selling strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that showcase Schneider Electric's capabilities and value proposition
- Providing technical support and expertise during the tendering process, including addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings as needed
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure mastering all aspects of the offer for the projects as standard and in medium complexity ; technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow etc.
- Ensure consistency and interfaces from one package or project to another, with account's habits including lessons learnt , risks, execution set-up and T&Cs.
- Understanding on necessary processes for overall lifecycle of a project from tendering to execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably Electrical , Electrical& Electronics, Power Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus,
- Solid understanding of power system design and engineering principles, with experience in the design, implementation, or tendering of power system solutions,
- Proven experience in tendering, project management, or related roles within the power systems industry, demonstrating a track record of successful tender submissions and customer engagement,
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels,
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements and customer expectations,
- Fluency in English in daily and professional communication. Danish will be a plus.
