Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Technical Training and Resource Manager with the Secure Power National Sales Organization.


Location: remote United States


What will you do?

The individual in this position should have the ability to deliver effective technical training to our most technical partners and drive accuracy in material created from lines of business. Effective communication at various levels and amongst multiple teams, will be important to driving collaboration and adopting change. Essential functions will include:

  • Develop and deliver deep dive technical training for ASPs & Elite Partners
  • Develop and host Design Engineer Events for our ASPs engineering customers to promote schneider initiatives and solutions
  • Conduct New Hire training sessions in person for ASPs working with the APMs to determine needs

Manage all technical document databases and folders to assure accuracy, availability, and up to date
  • Schedule and develop content for monthly unscripted training calls
  • Provide technical communication and support for ASP partners via Yammer
  • Maintain regular communication with LOBs to improve accuracy with material and assure sales teams have required tools to effectively drive revenue
  • Align with Systems Engineer Manager on needs, improvements, training, etc.
  • Direct involvement with Strategy and LOBs for product development and launches, based on industry trends and input from sales
  • Regularly monitor all digital tools (i.e. Design Portal, configurator, etc.) to assure online, information accurate, and resolve any challenges with respective support team
  • Directly communicate with the Regional Applications Center teams on improving response time, accuracy of information, and adoption of digital tools to drive efficiency gains
  • Participate with xBU counterparts in events, trainings, and workshops to align efforts and strategy for growth


  • What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
    • Bachelor's degree, in a technical field, or equivalent experience with 3-5 years.
    • Must have industry experience within the data center market
    • Able to effectively present technical material to large groups virtually or in person.
    • Confident in challenging the status quo to drive efficiency gains through digitization, processes improvement, and data accuracy

    • Jeffery Aschenbrenner, Sr. Director Secure Power Division

    For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

    The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
