We are hiring a Technical Support Expert (L3) specialist with a strong background in Solar, EV, or power electronics and Customer Service to join the Schneider Electric Prosumer NAM team.

- Solve complex technical support questions raised from external customers and internal advanced support agents
- Interface with engineering and QA team members to investigate product issues with an eye towards continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Provide continuous support and training to internal basic and advanced support agents
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Technical curiosity and outstanding analytical mindset
- Empathy for internal an external customers
- Associate degree or diploma in electrical engineering technology or equivalent
- Two years experience in electronics related to engineering, sales, or customer service
- Flexible schedule and appreciation for cultural diversity to enable communication with Schneider colleagues all around the world

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $75,000-$110,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers an inclusive benefits package to support all of our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, pension matching, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, and more.
