Web Giant Technical Project Manager
This Web Giant Technical Project Manager will be responsible for projects associated with onboarding and production of new switchboard and switchgear products for Web Giant customers. Project types range from short term support projects, to process improvement, to long term programs such as custom testing devices. This PM should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The PM should also be goal oriented, detail oriented, have excellent organization skills, and adapt to continually changing circumstances.
10-15% travel between US & Mexico.
- Works closely with the Program Director to plan and follow up on schedule, key deliverables, reports, project issues, etc.
- Collaborates and drives progress with engineering, quality, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production
- Runs pilot change process
- Tracks project milestones and highlights risks
- Monitor task workflows related to pilot changes and new part creation
- Provides process improvement ideas to the Program Director
- Works with production and engineering to confirm the custom test device needs

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience with NPI (New Product Intoduction) preferred
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects
