We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our customer projects with medium to high organizational and technical complexity.

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Substantial experience as a project leader
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or experience in electrical engineering (required).
  • A Project Management certificate/degree
  • Datacenter experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP and bFO skills preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch (mandatory)
  • Cross-functional and cross-border experience

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Team Management: Lead projects functionally by allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  2. Contract Management: Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and leverage contractual rights. Collaborate with experts and ensure timely recovery of customer receivables.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Keep your finger on the pulse. Monitor and control project progress versus budget spending. Provide insightful and effective reporting to management.
  4. Risk Management: Be the risk whisperer. Identify and manage risks and opportunities. Skillfully handle claims and variation orders.
  5. Customer Interaction: Be the face of the project. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, organizing all project stakeholder interactions to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
  6. Financial Accountability: Own the numbers. Take full accountability for project profitability, including cost, cash flow, and margin. Ensure timely revenue recognition.
  7. Compliance: Be the compliance champion. Ensure project execution in full compliance with company processes, quality instructions, and governance principles.
  8. Sales & Tendering Collaboration: Partner with the Sales & Tendering team for a smooth and successful project handover.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Drive excellence. Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide valuable feedback for process improvement.
  10. Strategic Planning: Be the strategist. Propose innovative strategies to achieve expected results and implement corrective actions.
  11. Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of the game. Understand the strategy, strengths, and weaknesses of key competitors.
